To complete enrollment, you will need to have the following documents ready:

 

• Parent/Guardian Photo ID (government-issued)
  

• Proof of Residency  (2 required, in your name, dated within 30 days — P.O. boxes not accepted):
  

• Escrow papers (closing within 30 days)

• Lease/rental agreement + payment receipt

• Mortgage, property tax, utility bills

• Pay stubs, voter reg, or gov’t agency letters

• Court or foster care documents

• Proof of Age (one of the following):
  

• Birth certificate (or registrar letter, passport/VISA, baptism record, or affidavit)

• Immunization Records:
  

• Required Shots for School

• CA Immunization Requirements (TK-12)

 

If your child is homeless or in foster care and you are unable to provide the documents listed above, visit the school of residence directly.
